Comprehensive Training: All personnel receive extensive training on hazard identification, risk mitigation, and emergency procedures.
Strict Adherence to Regulations: We comply with all applicable OSHA, MSHA, and Client-specific industry safety standards.
Continuous Improvement: We continually evaluate and update our safety protocols to reflect best practices and
emerging technologies.

Use of PPE: We enforce the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) for all tasks.
Safety Training
Crossroads Construction provides the following training for our Employees as required for the particular project.
OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour training: Fundamental safety education covering general industry or constructionspecific regulations.
MSHA 24 hr. new hire or 8 hr. annual refresher training as required. (required for working on mine sites and sand
and gravel operations).
Hazard-specific training: Programs tailored to address common industrial risks, such as:
- Fall protection
- Confined space entry
- Lockout/tagout procedures
- Electrical safetys
- Heavy equipment operation
- Excavation and trench safety
- Crane and rigging safety
- Hazardous materials handling
Site-specific orientation: Training that addresses unique hazards and safety protocols specific to each job site.
Toolbox talks and safety meetings: These are regular, short meetings that reinforce safety awareness and address current site conditions.
Incident reporting and investigation training: Educating employees on proper procedures for reporting and investigating accidents and near misses.
PPE training: instruction on the correct selection, use, and maintenance of personal protective equipment.
Emergency response training: Instruction on evacuation procedures, fire safety, and other emergencies.
